Does anyone know if it is ok to print a thermal white printable dvd on a inkjet printer? - inkjet printable cdr

My wife accidentally thermal printers DVD-R purchased from an online site and the package has already shipped. I wonder if the DVD is in turn always look good when printed on an inkjet printer ink? I do not think the site works for me to fix this problem before receiving the first position. If anyone knows, please let me know. I know I can overcome this error. >.>;
