Hi Frank,

These are the recommendations of cholesterol from the American Heart Association:

Total cholesterol below 200 mg / dL
HDL cholesterol, at least> 40 mg / dL, ideally> 60 mg / dL
The level of LDL cholesterol, at least less than 130 mg / dL, preferably less than 100 mg / dL
Triglycerides below 150 mg / dL

The Joint National Committee defines four categories of blood pressure.

Very high quality - Stage 2 Hypertension
The systolic (upper) blood pressure of 160 mmHg or more
The diastolic pressure (bottom) blood pressure 100 mm Hg or more
If (in the field of hypertension high blood pressure).

Upscale - Stage 1 hypertension
The systolic (upper) blood pressure of 140 to 159 mm Hg
The diastolic (bottom) blood pressure of 90 mm to 99 mmHg
If (in the field of hypertension high blood pressure).
